Larry Rhymer
General Manager
Larry has 34 years experience in the electrical industry, 23 of those years running and managing projects in Alaska. Larry has been managing and overseeing projects for over 25 years, mostly large, very complicated and cutting edge. His expertise includes Design Build projects, Military, Industrial, Commercial, Utility, Outside Plant Electrical and Telephone, Inside Data and Fiber.

Larry started his electrical career as an expeditor in 1974 and has risen from the ranks from journeyman, foreman, general foreman, superintendent, division manager, vice president and now general manager of one of the largest electrical contractors in the state. Larry has had the opportunity to help design and build some of the most exciting projects in Alaska including one of the largest Battery Energy Storage Projects in the world. This Facility will back up the city of Fairbanks for 27 minutes. He has also managed other projects such as Homer STP, Ekutna WTP controls, Eielson Fuel Hydrant Project, Ft Wainwright Fuel Hydrant Project, Up-grade Tele-Communications Ft Wainwright Fiber/Copper, SCADA Chugach Elect, North/South Runway Lighting Anchorage, Maui Court House, Maui Prison, Dole Pineapple Plant Upgrade, Providence Hospital North Expansion. Street Lighting Minnesota Bypass, 24 Fiber Glennallen to Kenney Lake.

Jodi Sibson
Chief Financial Officer
Jodi has over 20 years of experience working in accounting. In 2002, she graduated with honors from Alaska Pacific University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and management. She draws most of her professional experience from the ten years she worked as controller for Denali Commercial Management, Inc., the property management company owned by Carr-Gottstein Properties LLP, one of the largest and most reputable commercial real estate companies in Alaska.

Jodi brings a depth of knowledge to the HotWire, Inc. family. She prepares, analyzes, and interprets complex consolidated financial statements, as well as identifies and incorporates cost savings strategies. She has extensive experience in process improvement, internal control management, solution implementation and organizational leadership. As Chief Financial Officer for Hot Wire, Inc., she currently accounts for $55 million in earned electrical contract revenue annually.

H. David Carle
Project Management
David Carle has worked for Redi Electric for two decades, first joining the company in 1984. He worked as a materials handler and warehouse manager before moving to the project management team in 1991. David brings a wealth of wide-ranging experience to the company. From 1974 to 1984, he logged more than 24,000 hours with various general contractors, mostly working on the trans-Alaska oil pipeline from Prudhoe Bay to Pump Station 8. He served as a general laborer, brush cutter, chain saw operator, jackhammer operator, mason tender, crane rigger and foreman. At Redi Electric, he assists in project budgeting and billing, cost control, final bid preparations and contract negotiations.

W.H. “Bud” Caress
Line Construction Manager
An electrical industry veteran, Bud Caress returned to Redi Electric in 2001, bringing more than 30 years of experience in line construction and management. He first worked for Redi Electric as a line construction manager from 1974 to 1984. He also has held supervisory positions with other Alaska companies, including Alaska Underground Electric Inc., Rogers Electric Inc. and Electrical Contractors of Alaska Inc. Bud earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Alaska Pacific University and attended Alaska Electrical Apprenticeship School. As line construction manager at Redi Electric, he has a hand in contract negotiations, job scheduling, project budgeting, conflict resolution and change order pricing and negotiations.

James E. Gallagher
Service Manager, Small Contracts
With more than two decades with Redi Electric, James Gallagher has moved up the ranks since his apprentice days. He was a foreman, general foreman, superintendent electrician and operations supervisor. He brings a wealth of skills and experience to the company. James worked for several Alaska companies, including Rogers Electric and City Electric, as an apprentice electrician. He also spent time as a laborer, framer, carpenter and foreman on earlier construction projects. He is a graduate of the Alaska Electrical Apprenticeship Training School, has taken management and supervision courses through the National Electrical Contractors Association and is a State of Alaska Electrical Administrator. He keeps on top of the industry through national electrical code and electric technology update courses.
